CSP has the same annual fee as JPM Select. If you
just want the CSP, it seems the only reasonable thing to do would be to close the JPM Select, right? You'd certainly be doing no good if you apply for the CSP because you like the benefits, and then cancel it to keep JPM Select, which you find inferior!
