Sorry, I meant compared to the price offered by the online tool or other airlines.
If you want the ex-AMM rate, you should tell RTW office that you want it rated by tariff for ticketing in Jordan, and they will quote the price in Jordanian Dinars. However, I don't think anybody here has been able to find a reliable ticketing agent in Jordan.
That's what I did, and presumably what has happened.
Failing that, tell them you want it priced for ticketing in Egypt and the price will be quoted in Egyptian Pounds, though at the equivalent ex-AMM rate which is higher than the ex-CAI rate.
Then ticket it through the AA GSA in Cairo:
