Quite the opposite: booking through AA RTW will be priced at the ex-USA rate, which is considerably more than the ex-AMM rate.
If you want the ex-AMM rate, you should tell RTW office that you want it rated by tariff for ticketing in Jordan, and they will quote the price in Jordanian Dinars. However, I don't think anybody here has been able to find a reliable ticketing agent in Jordan.
Failing that, tell them you want it priced for ticketing in Egypt and the price will be quoted in Egyptian Pounds, though at the equivalent ex-AMM rate which is higher than the ex-CAI rate.
Then ticket it through the AA GSA in Cairo:
