Personally, I turn the clock to the wall or away from the bed. All too often it's set to the wrong time and I'm not going to hunt to find how to set it and the alarm. I find my cell phone to be more than adequate for my needs. If it can't wake me, I really don't want to wake up that early. Mind you if I have a flight I'm usually awake hours early anyways.
