Advice on corporate travel opportunity for mom of two young kids.

Right now I am a medical rep for a big company. I travel about 25%....mostly within drying distance...
I'm looking at a possible promotion with 50% travel....I am a mom of two small kids (turning 3 and 6 this year). Our company only rarely has jobs come in up in my region..the raise in pay would be about 20k...
Worth it? Any advice?
