Can I use that chit, go into the buffet, eat all I want, but avoid the lobster, and then ask the server to give a guy on the street all the lobster they can eat, since I use the perks for myself of the buffet, except that part, and feel it would be nice of me to allow another person to use he perks tat I didn't use? Why stop with 1 person in Y, you could divide the free alcohol up equally to every person in Y, as there is no definable quantity limit of what that perk allows, until a single person appears intoxicated.

"All YOU can eat" (or consume) perk given to 1 person is not able to be broken up piecemeal to numerous persons. The perk is not an individual transferable perk, but rather an all inclusive perk that comes with the F class package, just like you can't gve your bonus miles to 1 person, your priority boarding to another person, your seat to a 3rd, your meal to a 4th, your IFE to a 5th, your drinks to a 6th, and your refunability (if a refundable ticket) to a 7th. They all are part of the benefit package that is given for individual use to the person named on the ticket.
