No upgrade this time (it's true that the hotel was full per their web site) but they always upgrade when available (was upgraded maybe 4 or 5 times out of 7 or 8 stays)
One of the best (if not the best) customer service of my little experience
I don't work for the hotel and have no commision but I do love this place
