SPG has properties in St Petersburg, Lithuania (Vilnius, not in the city centre), Bulgaria (Sofia), Poland (Warsaw, Krakow, some place I can't remember), Croatia (Zagreb, Split) and Turkey (Istanbul). So you might want to concentrate the backup on those other countries. Radisson sounds like a good bet.
