I'm not sure I fully understand this. The first part is easy. You had commercial goods and used the Nexus lane, which is a clear violation of the program. So, they have the right to revoke your membership on that basis, and I can see where the supervisor might be the one to make that call.
But, if I'm understanding this correctly, they didn't tell you whether they were or weren't revoking it. Did they keep your card at that time? Is that why you didn't have it for the US trip you reference above?
