If it wasn't so annoying, this would be really funny. They took 10 days to come up with this and now want me to start all over again (leave alone the fact that they checked availability for 1 out of the 5 airlines I requested).
After a year of flying BA & LH, I'm dreading coming back home and flying this Jetupid airline.
Did you check if the flights were/are still available through AF/KLM for awards?
