Oh. My. God.

This seems to be Jet's new thing. Instead of a human replying to emails (even if it's mostly copy paste) to tell the passenger to eff off, they seem to have decided to let the computer do the talking. At least they've found some use for technology.

I had to cancel a ticket, but there's a long way to go, so I decided to email instead of dealing with the JetChild on the phone.

The machine reply was prompt. Four days later "we are still blablabla".

I was bored in traffic, so I replied "do you even read emails anymore?"

Prompt came the reply : "Dear Sir/Madam...Your query is important to us and we are committed to provide a satisfactory resolution..."

I think I have about a dozen of those stupid machine emails from them in the span of a few days.


Seriously, one of the Shobha De types could write a book on this airline : "How not to run a business : Anita's Adventures in LaLa Land (all puns and double-entendres intended)."
