Been 45 mins. Nothing. I don't expect much from Jet but can't help feeling frustrated. The worst thing I find is that there is no team/person who you can somehow report this to. Isn't there supposed to be some sort of nodal officer or someone who should look into this?
Don't we all wish there was one, who would solve our problems in a jiffy..
I have had some really interesting conversations too.. last time I lost my mind, I told the Jet Child that I would like to speak to a Manager/ Supervisor.. she told me she is the Supervisor and there is no one senior to her at that moment to attend to my issue.. in short - GTH..!!
The problem is, WE DON'T HAVE ANY OPTION.. if we want to fly within this region and earn miles Jet is the only viable option..
Today I made a list of my projected flying this year and the different airlines that can meet my requirements.. after a LOOOOTTTT of analysis, I realised that Jet suits my needs best.. I am shocked to see that, but that's the reality of life, travelling from India (and in my case from Calcutta, no less)..
Enjoy while it lasts.. soon all jet flights would be Jet Konnect.. and miles will be a thing of the past..
