I want to say that I think since the last review posting we had here this hotel has undergone some major changes.
All the rooms have been refurbished and renovated (including those on the club floor) - new wallpaper and furnishings in the rooms and new tiling and grouting bathroom along with other fittings... and the staff couldn't be nicer or friendlier.
Not a bad spread in the club lounge for the evening either with plentiful supplies of fruits, salad, pita bread and they don't lock the soda fridge either.
It was the first time I had stayed at this property and was worried given what I'd read previously but I really do think that because of the recent renovation things have changed for the better and the staff's outlook seems to have been refreshed as well. ^:-:^
