Echo above for SGS. Wanted to chime in as a former Gold. The SGS was beyond wonderful. Coffee, tea and cookies from room service, 2 laundered items were provided for free. Service level was fantastic and pleasant at all times. Even did the thai cooking class in house at Basil that was great. (Was expensive but fit schedule perfectly). As new Plat, Looking forward to go back there this summer.
