I agree, that 9W had no obligation to treat her any differently but I also think it is common courtesy and good customer service to give a different kind of treatment to a pregnant lady. For example if I was sat on a bus and a pregnant lady got on, I would give up my seat for her out of courtesy. Don't think 9W did anything wrong but I think if there is an option, then a non-pregnant passenger should be IDB'd before a pregnant passenger. Also everything should be done to try make sure they don't have to IDB one pax on a PNR containing multiple pax.
