Had a recent stay where I used a suite upgrade. Upon check-in, there were signs that the room was not properly cleaned (this was highlighted to the hotel). Additionally, went out one day and returned at 4 pm to find that housekeeping didn't yet get to my room. They have offered me a comp upgrade for my future return, which I am not sure if I want to take as I might want to try the PH instead.

First stay at this hotel, so would like other to weigh in if this is the norm.
