ACV eUpgrades
I'm stuck buying a ticket through ACV. Going to HAV and buying on AC.com is no longer possible.

For HAV, the $300 upgrade isn't available..I'd have to pay and extra $1,000 for that..not worth it for that length of flight, imo.

Was looking into using eUpgrades and came across this page.

It suggests that AC E and SE can use eUpgrades on G,N,P& E booking classes, which IIRC are Tango fares. Is correct? Tango fares only can be upgraded? Dummy booking today was in L which is Flex (confirmed over the phone) which isn't in this list.

How are lower level fares upgradeable, but higher ones not? Or am I missing something?
