Unlikely to be a problem. If anything, it's more likely to avoid the worst of the worst of problems related with the TSA.
If your first middle middle and last names were all the same (e.g. Abdullah) or you just used a single name (as is common in some parts of the world), then that may be a different thing.
The TSA has more issues with all names being the same (or only one name) than names being repeated but having a variety of names within a full name.
