Delayed flight compensation
HKG -> ICN -> HNL on KE. Missed my connection in ICN due to technical problems on HNK -> ICN. Now stuck at the Incheon Hyatt, and will arrive 22 hours later than scheduled in HNL.
Firstly, I'm surprised that they offer the same level of hotel/service to Business and Economy passengers. Bus to the Hotel (something I hadn't done in a long time); voucher that covers the room with only 6 min of calling (no internet), breakfast and lunch.
Now, I can certainly afford to empty the mini bar on my credit card (and I just started doing that), but I think KE needs to learn to treat premium passengers a little bit more respect (not all bad, they did escort me through the immigration VIP line).
Anyway, does anyone know what KE's delayed flight compensation policy is? Can I expect anything else for this 22 hours annoyance?
