I suspect their loyalty program doesn't work. I stayed a couple of times at NH now, and I have to fill out the registration card every time. Half the stays I booked didn't earn any points because of confusing terms that you have to read very carefully. For anyone considering NH, I'd say reconsider.

If there's no CC hotel, I just go wherever now. Overall, I'm as pleased as Punch with just only having Club Carlson. The program is absolutely fantastic. With some careful planning, it's possible to find one normally near my customers, and Park Inn's are always in my price range (~125 EUR or less) and Radisson Blu's sometimes are too. Tons of usable point promotions, and the 4for2 and 2for1 benefits are brilliant, which I've used a few times now.
