Not exactly. There are indeed dates and times. To be more precise, I'm looking for something that will enable the copying of something like this scenario:

iPhone belongs to Tom Tenant who is negotiating a lease. At the top of his Messages screen, you see displayed the name, Larry Landlord and then a series of messages like this:

February 5, 2013, 11:00 A.M.
Suppose we said $5,000?

February 5, 2013, 11:10 A.M.
Deal.

and so on and so on. You get the idea. (Please avoid any discussion over contract, property or other law. This is a very basic example.)

For legal reasons, one would have to prove that the messages were not manipulated in any way.
