How do you do this?

Also, in case anyone asks, this is not my message and I think the answer is not very good: How do I print texts on iPhone?
Maybe they stitched the screen shots together in Photoshop/Gimp/Paint Shop Pro etc. Just a random thought though as I am not an iPhone user, and there may be some clever app for doing that.
