Which is silly, since the email addresses have the original welcome email from points.com. Also, if I try to register again with that same email, it can see that the email address in question is already associated with a points.com account.

The odd thing is my own account has no issues.
Just a thought did you respond back from those new account email accounts confirming setting the new account up? l Can't recall but perhaps they require a response, anyway just a thought. Good luck
