Your first mistake is selecting any Courtyard at all!
Marriott used to pride itself in consistency, you know, the trade off of familiarity for general blandness, the way they perceive "business" travelers want it.
This is pitiful...What could it cost in bulk except for they would rather direct you to stand in line and pay for it during morning rush...
Another reason I'll stay at Courtyards as a last resort. And I don't drink coffee!
