Did you check the websites for other CY's to see how many promote their free coffee as a benefit?
Individual properties offer different amenities. The amenities aren't free, they're just built into the room rate. More businesses requiring their people to book at cheapest facility means you'll be bringing a towl & bar of soap with you soon enough.
