I just got jacked from TG. Was on the TG935 on 777-300 leased from 9W in the F suites for this July and they've switched out to the TG 777-300ER with the two class config and dropped me from First to Biz. They did this one day after I booked it.
You can say I'm more than bummed.
If I can rebook on TG911 which is showing a 747 aircraft for July, but is currently running the A340. What's the realistic chances this would be the upgraded 747 in F for July LHR-BKK?
Did I mention this really sucks?
