Yup: didn't look at the timetables (glad I included the rider to the comment!) so I'd agree the bus would be the way to go. As others have said, that direction at that time should be OK, but OP would only have ~1 hour to play with as far as margin goes. I know I'd be comfortable doing it from having BT/DT, but if you're not entirely sure where you're going it could get stressful.
