Apologies: I stand corrected as Keisei does indeed also operate an "Access Express" line, in addition to the Skyliner with which I was familiar.
However, it is confusing because many of the Access Express line trains do not go to HND, but instead go to Ueno (which is where the Skyliner goes.)
According to the timetable at:
http://www.keisei.co.jp/keisei/tetud...1accessexpress
there are direct trains to HND about every 40 minutes in the morning and early afternoon, but the last train is at 14.44 (weekdays) and 16.44 (weekends.)
The direct trains take 90 minutes, which may not be much quicker than the Skyliner to Nippori, changing to metro and monorail.
For OP, arriving in the evening, he may well be better off with the Limousine Bus posted by jib71 above. However, I still think it's cutting it far too close especially if OP has to check-in for the flight at HND.
Happy Travels.
