Two related but separate things. Repainting a fleet depends on the size of the fleet and the aircraft that make up that fleet - a 747 costs more to paint than a 737, 50 737's with another 50 delivered in the new paint costs less than painting 100 737's.

Branding includes a loot more than just repainting airplanes. There's airport signage, ground equipment, manuals, letterhead, etc.
