American Express Platinum Card gives you access to Delta lounges when flying Delta.
In addition, you get a Priority Pass Select membership that gives you access to Alaska Boardrooms when flying anybody. Only downside is that guests pay $27 without their own PP membership. You also don't get access to AA clubs unless you're flying AA.
With the $200 airline credit per year, you can get the $450 annual fee down to $250 (and that doesn't include the fact that the first year usually covers 2 calendar years, so $50 the first year). Plus you get other benefits like Global Entry reimbursement.
