Sadly, I think the DL SkyPeso and RevMgmt teams think that anyone who was associated with NWA was either a gamer or LVC (low value customer). Then again I don't think the understanding of the term "loyalty" is the same in Atlanta as it was in Minneapolis. NWA didn't have the inflated elite ranks nor was beholden to AMEX, or even US Bank. NW's loyalty program was disciplined, PMDL clearly wasn't.
