Are you sure that you were talking to a dedicated PP agent? This sounds like pretty bad customer service. Try calling back, ask the agent's name in a way that makes clear that you are writing it down, and verify that they are a special PP agent, not just someone who claims to be able to help you.
Thanks. I did call back and while not resolved , at least I felt I had an agent who would investigate and understood why I was upset and would at least follow-up with me.
