Rather a demand originated by those empty suits running the show @CPH, as far as insider sources are telling
SAS pays CPH for the SK fast track - and it is therefor their fast track. Just as other airlines pay CPH allowing pax to use the general fast track option.

You may not like it but that is how it is.
