Agreed. The 365 Cafe is excellent. As Zeppo2 mentioned the decor is a bit wierd, but the food is great. They have a huge menu and surprisingly very good Australian beef steaks among other things. Lots of different draft beers which go good on a hot day.
My favorite restaurant of all which is about four blocks from the 365 and close to the Alfa Hotel is the Aung Mingalar Shan Noodle Restaurant. Great noodle fare, inexpensive, clean, and a totally happy place.
