Interesting. The shuto-ko in Yokohama is still closed. But a lot of exits and entrances show up as being closed, so you can't get on and off in many places. However, I was looking out over Kandabashi exit around 18:30 and cars could certainly exit there going clockwise on C1.

There was really no icing Monday during the day when the snow fell. Air temp was several degrees plus. I guess the morons were just out driving too fast in the slushy snow on wide profile summer tires on the shuto-ko and got into accidents and then just walked away from their cars. Brilliant.

Oh yeah, a section of the Wangan route outbound is still closed. That's the route that Limo buses to NRT take.
