Thank you. I have just learned something, and that is my favorite kind of day. :-)
Of note are the terms "advised of and discussed are held with" are there to appease locals. No way that would fly in a business transaction. Too one-sided. But must be fine, as with many thing here when intended meaning is clear, the courts are pretty generous.
