Have a dilemma, I met the $750 minimum for Sept, Oct, Nov 2012 and see the 15k reward miles that is posted to my US Dividend account. Will I be safe to modify a hotel reservation (due to an UA flight change) that was booked in Sept with this card, my $66 hotels.com refund will put me $18 under the minimum for the Sept monthly spend? Will the 15,000 bonus remain since its now outside of the 3 month window? I know I will get 66 miles subtracted from my Dividend miles. Thanks!
