IMO... I'd say Planet Hollywood if you're looking for excitement. For luxury, I'd recommend Venetian or Wynn.

Luxor is cool, but the slanted design can be disorentating for some. I do not know if they still do the upgrades as I am not married..I'd imagine it's based of availability.
