Choice Hotels Property Review Thread
Thanksgiving night I stayed at the Clarion Beachwood Ohio. Nasty dirty floors in both the bathroom and bedroom. Front desk took forever to check in the two ahead of us but got us our room fairly quickly . A complaint to Choice Hotels gave me a few points and a less than sincere apology. Ick.
