I have a question, I am looking to book a flight with Royal Brunei to Manila BI689 on May 30 arriving at 11.25PM at Terminal 1, and then transferring to Etihad EY421 departing Terminal 1 at May 31, 01:15AM Manila to Paris -- which means a layover of 1hour and 50 minutes.
Will that be enough time for me to transfer? because i have read on some reviews of Manila airport that it takes as much as 3 hours to transfer.
And what is the procedure? they are separate tickets, because Royal Brunei and Etihad are not partners. I will have checked baggage as well, so I will need to collect it from the carousel. Do I have to go through customs and immigration after arriving? The airport does not provide much guidance, so i would appreciate any help from FT members. Thanks
