The thing that concerns me is that, unlike the Delta Platinum, which is clearly different because it earns a different currency (SkyMiles), the Mercedes Platinum also earns Membership Rewards Points (MR). Does anyone know with certainty that if I apply for the Merc Plat 50K card today, a day after being approved for the 100K MR Plat, that I'll get it's 50K bonus too?
