I am traveling with a Pilipina and we often get quizzed or harrassed by officials as we are not married and according to them she travels around Asia too much. Most of the hassles are outgoing from Philippines. Stupid, I know, but not much I can do about it without making it worse.
This is first time using Terminal 1 as we normally fly Cebu Pacific or Air Asia. Decided to fly us both business class this time to maximize our available time in the airport to deal with any problems - she has a 6 month student visa now for our destination country but the destination country embassy in Manila already warned us that the Philippine immigration officials "have different procedures" - euphemism for "there could be trouble" I believe.
So, probably too much information! :-) But I do know that the business class queue in the destination country means zero questions and problems - am hoping there is something similar in NAIA Terminal 1. I did a Google search which brought up "fast track" but no other details.
Thanks,

No there is no "special" immigration lanes for business class passengers at NAIA T1 or T2 that I am aware of. You line up with everyone even if you are flying PR F
IMHO, you are going to get more questioning by outbound officials due to the combination of her 6 month student visa, not travelling with a Filipino and business class ticket.
