Works in every lounge outside the US - problem in US is that all UA elites that get no Access to their own club would flood partner lounges (although, per the rules, you'd have access).

For example in BKK, at the old airport, they had TG and LH Lounges - i used the LH Lounge frequently, even on Domestic TG flights
