Also, this may sound dumb, but CP pass is how many points EARNED in a year correct? Not once you gross 110k in an account in a year. IE: I could spend the points as fast as I get them, so when I reached 110k in earn points I only have like 10k in the account left (not my case) but would that still get CP status?
