The OP cooled off somewhat, 20 posts ago!
The kids had to come back 2 days early as the other parent showed the OP who was running the show. Getting UA involved to change the tickets back ain't gonna happen without another credit card # being entered in the reservation, and that would be the # the OP used to pay for the original taxes.
As usual, the kid is being used in a tug-a-war, and no matter which way ya cut it, it stinks and I've got to applaud the OP for doing what's best for his child.
