Totally off topic, but I was at a hotel in Cambodia a few months ago that had those printed laundry forms in the armoires that you would use to check off what laundry items you were putting in your bag, etc. You know the form.
Anyway, they were recycling paper, so the back page of the laundry form would have the printed off reservation details of another guest who booked online, with name, address, credit card number, expiration date, etc.
The first time I got someone else's reservation details and credit card number on the back of the form in my armoire, I figured it was a fluke. The second time, I mentioned to the girl at the front desk that it was "not good."
