I've seen other posters, in the past, that didn't meet the current entry requirements for Coupon Connection, and the explanation has been that they were grandfathered in under the old rules.
I'm in the process of working thru my inbox and find an old message asking me to comment on this. I believe that Tom911 has figured out the explanation. (I confess that I have no memory of the 2004 entry requirements so am trusting Tom on this.)

Once the software has determined that someone is eligible for a restricted forum, there is no recheck when the entry requirements are changed. For example, the current entry restriction is 180/180. Should that (God forbid) be changed to 360/360, the software will not automatically check those who are already enabled to see if they qualify against the new higher restrictions. I would have to make a special request of Internet Brands tech team to do so. It is a drain on computer resources. I made a conscious choice not to make this request when the entry requirements changed for Coupon Connection. I had forgotten about the prior entry restriction for Omni, so this was not a conscious choice - but I am sure that if I had thought about it, I would have consciously grandfathered people.
