Just found yet another "very disturbing" youtube picture of a damaged alu Rimowa case. This damage almost seems deliberate, I can't imagine how else it could have happened, as you can see, the aluminium around the area isn't even dented/marked in any way even though the area is severely depressed inwards....this damage must have been deliberate.


I guess at the end of the day I would just have to decide to buy it or not buy it...


In this video though (at time 0:19), which to me seems a bit subjective, a sales rep demonstrates an alu carry-on case being subjected to compression and then returning to its original shape without (apparently) leaving any dents etc.
