In KVS, the DONE5 base price shows as ZAR55,200 which I'm pretty sure is unchanged (the DONE4 is certainly unchanged - at ZAR48,000)
The tool is showing the base price for DONE5 at 110,480 ZAR + 22,000 or so in taxes bringing the total to 132,000 ZAR (the previous figure included some BA metal flights with an IB code, I re-selected them with a BA code hence the bump in taxes)
The base fare seems almost 2x the quoted base fare on KVS. Yes, I checked, and I've selected only 1Adult passenger.
Tried another dummy itin and it prices correctly at 55,200ZAR plus taxes.
I'm going to chalk this one as another of the unsolved mysteries of the Booking Tool.
While I'm here, the booking too doesn't quite resolve the 2nd entry to Europe if ending in Africa (other than RSA) does it? If I'm ending the rtw with SYD-xLHR-NBO, I'll need to call AA and set this up?
