People have offered and gotten as much as 1.5c per point. I sold some to a very nice Indian fellow for 1.3c. We chatted on the phone for 2 minutes while I transferred the points and he paypal'ed me."
There are more who offer to buy URs on FW (and on SD etc etc). I suspect they are the ones being targeted...
